How long will it take for my Maskey order to arrive?
Your Maskey order should be with you within 4-5 working days; however the team at Maskey alway aim to get your order out as soon as possible. All orders made Monday-Friday are aimed to be packaged and shipped within 48 hours. All orders are sent Tracked using Royal Mail (as of 10th June 2020)
How will I know if my order has been dispatched?
When you go through the checkout process you are asked to give your mobile number or email address, this is to ensure you receive an 'order fulfilment' email or text message when your order has been dispatched.
How can I return my order?
Maskey do not accept returns all orders made are final for hygiene reasons once an order has been shipped it cannot be returned.

I would like to change my order, how do I do this?
If you realise you have ordered the wrong Maskey you can contact our team by emailing email@example.com
Depending on whether your order has been dispatched and on if the Maskey you want to order is in stock the Maskey team will be able to update your order for you.
Will any Maskey fit my child?
All Maskey designs should fit a child who is aged 5-10 however we are unable to guarantee that the Maskey will fit all children as it is specific to the size of each individual child.
We will have the measurements of the Maskey's available soon.
How are Maskey's made?
All Maskeys are made in the UK, by experienced machinists who, while making each Mask,wear protective gloves and masks. All Maskey's are steamed at 60 degrees prior to being immediately placed into an air tight bag.
Each Maskey that is dispatched has been made and bagged for a minimum of 3 days prior, this is to ensure each Maskey is as sterile as possible before you recieve it.
Can I wash my Maskey?
Of course! All Maskey's are washable however we would advise not to tumble dry your Maskey. Depending on the design of your Maskey this will prolong the life of the fabric.
Follow the instructions of use and care that are provided with your Maskey.
Will my Maskey act as PPE?
All our Maskeys are designed as Fashionable Face Masks and are not PPE.
They are not surgical masks or filtering respirators and are not intended for medical use.
How do I make a complaint?
While we hope you are happy with both the service recieved from our team and your Maskey if you do wish to make a complaint you can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) however if for any reason we are unable to respond within this time frame a member of our team will respond with an expected date of response.
